Client Experience:

1. Clients book a free consultation and discuss over phone or zoom to go over what functions they want on their website, design specifications, and billing.

2. Client sends over files they want included in their website as well as $50 down payment on website development. Clients may also choose to secure their domain name at this time.

3. WebWrite reserves up too 14 days to develop your website to your specifications (this can vary depending on website function)

4. WebWrite may email clients during this time to provide updates on their websites development.

5. Once a clients site is completed another meeting will be scheduled where clients will be briefed on the software they are given access to in order to make changes to their site. Customers will be billed for their order and upkeep costs will be discussed.

6. Clients can reach back out to WebWrite with any questions relating to their site/hosting/domain at any time. As well as send out requests for website upgrades or edits.
